We offer the following areas of Secretarial Service - Typing, Faxing, Scanning, Emailing

Typing
We offer a typing service for any letters, contracts, CV's etc that you need entered into computer form for improved presentation.  All we require is a clear original to work from and we will reformat it into a professional looking document, or even just a tidy format for personal use. Typing is priced on a per hour basis, generally an A4 page of typing will work out to be around $8.00, we can finalize this price upon viewing your original.


Faxing
Another helpful service we provide is sending and receiving faxes. Not everyone has a fax machine at home, or for their work, so we can send them on your behalf, and call you when we receive a fax for you.

Price for sending a fax:
$3.50 for the first page and 50c for each subsequent page

Price for receiving a fax:
$3.50 for the first page and 20c for each subsequent page


Scanning
Whether it's a one page certificate or a multi page document, we can scan it to a CD or to your Email address in almost any file type you require.

Scanning Prices are dependant on how long the job takes to complete:
Minimum cost = $10 for scan to email 1pg A4
                        $15 for scan to CD 1pg A4
Each additional page is charged at the relative photocopy price
(ie. A4's at 20c, A3's at 40c, A2's at $1.80, A1's at $3.50)

Scanning is priced at $100 per square metre if the original is larger than A3 (420 x 297mm)


Emailing
Copyart can send emails for you or your company which is perfect if your computer has broken or you have been asked to send something by email and are not sure what you are doing.
