We will always achieve a better result if we are provided with the original computer version of your document as it is printed directly to one of our copiers so it removes the need to copy from a printed original.

Wherever possible we require a printed original to use as a proof copy to ensure nothing has been missed during the printing process and everything is layed out as you expect.

Charge for printing from disk = $5
(NB This charge does not apply if printing from email attachments and only applies if the work required comes to less than $20)

File formats
We prefer a PDF file as an original because this is designed for sharing files between computers and prevents a lot of conversion errors.  Ideally these need to be set up ready to print on an A4 or A3 depending on your requirements.

Due to different computers having different fonts please ensure all fonts are embedded in your document, if you are unsure, consult the 'help' menu in your program for instructions.

DWF  (Autodesk Drawing Web Format - use instead of DXF/DWG)
This file type is the equivalent of a PDF but designed specifically for drawings using the DXF or DWG native file types, if you are unfamiliar with this file type, please go to the  Autodesk website (www.autodesk.com) to download the FREE program to convert your files.
